El Director de Cocina de Holly Springs es responsable de:

· Entrenar los comportamientos de todos los Entrenadores, Líderes Asistentes, Líderes y Miembros del Equipo que trabajan en la Cocina. Esos comportamientos incluyen:

o Atención al detalle que garantiza que se sigan los procedimientos de preparación y producción
o Ejecución de sistemas que garanticen un ambiente refrescantemente limpio
o Mantener un ambiente de trabajo que garantice y promueva la inocuidad y organización de los alimentos
o Mantener registros de transferencia precisos
o Pedidos efectivos y eficientes
· Mantenimiento de un entorno de producción LEAN
· Entrenar, evaluar y rendir cuentas a todos los miembros del equipo de cocina
El Director de Servicios de Cocina debe:
· Trabajar un máximo de hasta cuarenta horas semanales en el restaurante
· Concéntrese en comunicar de manera sistemática y efectiva todos los objetivos relacionados con la cocina y los factores de éxito a los miembros del equipo y al liderazgo.
· Combina el pensamiento crítico y el liderazgo práctico para crear una cultura de innovación
· Entrenar y dar dirección de manera efectiva
· Hacer crecer y nutrir intencional y metódicamente las relaciones con todo el equipo
