Now Hiring: Metal Building Technician | $25-$28/HR

Looking for a skilled Metal Building Technician to join a growing construction team specializing in metal buildings and structural steel projects. If you have experience with steel erection, metal roofing, wall panels, and sheet metal installation, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $25-$28 per hour (based on experience)

• Install metal roofing, wall panels, and building components
• Assist with steel erection and metal building assembly
• Read blueprints and perform accurate layouts and measurements
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain quality workmanship while following OSHA safety standards

• 2+ years of experience in metal building construction, steel erection, or ironwork
• Experience installing metal siding, roofing, structural steel, and sheet metal components
• Ability to read construction blueprints and work independently or on a crew
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity

Work Environment: Active construction job sites, both indoors and outdoors. Candidates should be comfortable working with tools, equipment, heavy materials, and wearing required PPE.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tanner, AL.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
