Marketing Project Manager

As a Marketing Project Manager with Enhanced Marketing Solutions®, you will manage and execute multiple real estate marketing campaigns for clients across the country. This role collaborates with the Marketing Director and creative teams to deliver high-quality marketing materials on tight timelines. Project management, campaign execution, media buying, and client coordination are key components of this position. Project Management Develop strategic, integrated marketing plans and budgets for real estate campaigns. Manage and execute all marketing tactics and deliverables from kickoff through completion. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Campaign Coordination & Media Execution Plan and execute media buys across digital, social, and print channels. Set up and manage paid social media advertising campaigns. Develop marketing content and ad copy aligned with campaign strategy and best practices. Review and proofread materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality. Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of media outlets and target markets Client & Team Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned projects. Maintain strong, responsive relationships with clients, internal teams, and vendors. Ensure clear communication and alignment across all project stakeholders. Budgeting & Reporting Manage project budgets and track campaign performance. Compile post-campaign reports and summarize key results and insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2-3 years of experience in marketing, project management, or media/advertising Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and vendors Working knowledge of: Digital and traditional marketing channels (print, email, direct mail, etc.) B2B and B2C marketing practices Basic understanding of SEO/GEO best practices (or willingness to learn) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
