Nail Technician Responsibilities (include but not limited to): The ability to perform a wide range of nail care, following milk + honey protocols, including natural and gel manicures/pedicures. Support business growth by encouraging repeat visits and engaging in guest-focused activities, such as writing thank you notes and updating Treatment Cards with home care tips, next-visit details, and product recommendations. Demonstrate a commitment to upholding milk + honey's Mission, Vision, and Values. Schedule Flexible Scheduling work a mix of AM and PM shifts, including a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and some holidays Compensation + Perks That Reward You Strong Earning Potential An average in-service hourly rate ranges between $32-$36, including tips. Out of service rate will be paid out at $18.42.
