Software Solutions Architect
Duration: 12+ months Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions. Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required. Facilitates complex problem resolution. Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software. Applies modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

Experience
- 8 years experience required.
Shift Requirements
- 3 years of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) experience.
- 5 years of VMware Aria Operations administration in large-scale, multi-datacenter environments.
- Experience with VMware Aria Suite products and automation tools.
- Hands-on Ansible automation experience.
- Linux (RHEL preferred) administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong VMware infrastructure expertise (vCenter, ESXi, clusters, networking).
Start Requirements
- Experience in secure, compliance-driven enterprise environments.
- Platform lifecycle management, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Perl) and REST API integration.
- ServiceNow, Jira, and Archer (or similar GRC tools).
- VCF SDDC Manager, NSX, and vSAN experience.
- VMware Aria Suite product expertise.
