At St. Anthony North Health Campus, we are committed to delivering optimal health care to the communities of Westminster, Erie, Brighton, Broomfield, Northglenn and Thornton. Highlights of our campus include 60,000 square feet of integrated primary and specialty care physician clinics, ambulatory surgery center, birthing center with private birthing suites, Level III Trauma Center with 24/7 emergency services, 92 inpatient beds and an outpatient diagnostics center with lab and imaging services. Performs maintenance service and repairs of buildings, equipment and grounds in order to provide a safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing environment for patients, staff and visitors. The responsibilities include those of general maintenance (i.e., carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, equipment maintenance and safety testing). Will provide excellent customer services when working with patients, visitors and other staff members.

Job Requirements

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required
• Technical degree in a facilities related field preferred

Minimum Experience Requirements:

• One to two years general maintenance experience required
• Hospital facilities or healthcare construction experience, preferred
• Strong communication skills; ability to read, write and speak English
• Basic computer skills

License/Certifications Requirement:

• Valid Driver License required

Physical Requirements:

• Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
