Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. We're seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Dietary Aide to join our dietary team. This role is responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of meals, ensuring that dietary needs are met in a safe, clean, and respectful environment. Responsibilities/Duties: Meal Preparation and Service: Assist in preparing and serving meals according to dietary guidelines and residents' preferences. Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment, following health and safety protocols. Resident Interaction: Engage with residents respectfully, addressing their dietary needs and preferences with a friendly attitude. Compliance: Adhere to all dietary procedures, facility policies, and state/federal regulations. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Prior experience in a dietary, kitchen, or food service role is a plus, especially in a long-term care or healthcare setting.
