We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase compassionate, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a meaningful impact here at MSK's Main Campus.Inpatient Support Services (Float Pool)MSK’s Float Team is a dynamic and innovative group of nurses who provide coverage across inpatient acute care areas. Nurses on this team experience a wide variety of patient populations and specialties, offering the opportunity to deepen clinical knowledge and contribute across the hospital. Expand your clinical expertise by gaining experience across a variety of settings, including medical-surgical oncology, telemetry, and more through our float pool. The team receives strong support from leadership, including a Nurse Leader, Clinical Nurse Specialist, and Nurse Educator. Assignments are coordinated fairly, and nurses are fully integrated into the units they support. Orientation lasts 12 - 14 weeks, with an emphasis on developing confidence across units.
