Project Coordinator (PR/589341) Pelzer, South Carolina Salary: USD100000 - USD100000 per year A leading provider of mission-critical infrastructure solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to support large-scale data center and construction projects. This individual will work closely with Project Managers to coordinate documentation, reporting, scheduling, communications, and project administration throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Support Project Managers with project documentation, reporting, and administrative functions Coordinate project meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items Track project milestones, deliverables, and progress updates Maintain project records and document control systems Assist with change management, work package tracking, and reporting Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, contractors, and leadership Support scheduling, resource planning, and information requests Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and properly archived Qualifications Experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Construction Coordinator, or similar role Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and meet deadlines Experience supporting construction, engineering, industrial, utility, or data center projects preferred Familiarity with document management systems is a plus What We're Looking For Detail-oriented and highly organized professional Strong communicator who can work with stakeholders at all levels Self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Team player who thrives in a collaborative project environment Willingness to travel occasionally as project needs require Why Apply?
