What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, prioritizing based on urgency and clinical needs
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in accordance with hospital standards
• Make informed clinical decisions and document interventions accurately
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning
• Perform Point of Care testing and other emergency procedures as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need

• Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications from AHA
• Ability to work a full-time 12-hour shift schedule
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Relevant clinical experience, preferably in emergency or critical care settings
