Assembler

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring Assemblers to support production in a cleanroom environment with one of our top manufacturing clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented workspace and is committed to maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and package Single-Use assemblies according to Engineering Process Records (EPRs), drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Follow ISO Class 7 cleanroom standards, wearing PPE and practicing proper hygiene and 6S workplace protocols
• Ensure product quality by reporting deviations, minimizing scrap/rework, and maintaining documentation compliance under ISO 9001:2015
• Manage part labeling and inventory to ensure lot traceability and accuracy
• Work with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and support ongoing process improvements

Requirements:

• 6+ months of cleanroom assembly or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing PPE at all times
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Experience using basic hand tools
• Proficient with computers for data entry and documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
