About the Role
Join a growing manufacturing operation supporting highly automated production equipment and facility systems. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and performing preventive maintenance on a wide variety of manufacturing and utility equipment within an ISO 9000 environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on industrial maintenance experience supporting manufacturing equipment, utilities, and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) activities
- Calibrate equipment and ensure proper operation
- Support highly automated manufacturing processes
- Diagnose mechanical equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Work independently to resolve equipment issues
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation
- Follow ISO 9000 procedures and maintenance standards
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Technical Trade School education preferred
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment
- Basic pipe fitting experience required
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience working in manufacturing environments
- Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures and documentation
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn new equipment and processes

- Chemical manufacturing experience
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- Food manufacturing experience
- Plastics manufacturing experience
- Packaging manufacturing experience
- Experience supporting utility systems and plant equipment
