Senior Project Manager- Water/Wastewater

Provide technical leadership and guide clients through all project phases to meet budget, schedule, and quality goals. Oversee engineering tasks including design, cost estimates, bidding, construction support, and commissioning. Conduct hydraulic modeling, process evaluations, and technical documentation. Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and ensure QA/QC compliance. Supervise and mentor engineers, designers, and technical staff. Support recruitment and hiring of engineering personnel. Manage sub-consultants and ensure their successful integration into projects. Contribute to business development, including proposals, interviews, and client negotiations. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Promote clear, consistent communication across teams and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental Engineering Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas (or able to obtain within 6 months). 15+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering, with expertise in hydraulics and treatment plant design. Proven track record managing projects from planning through construction, including budget, schedule, and quality oversight. Broad knowledge of water, wastewater, stormwater, and reuse systems, including master planning and conveyance. Master’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or Business Administration.
