Overview Kessler Rehabilitation Center Position: Physical Therapist Float Location: Middlesex/Mercer County Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours weekly Compensation: $85,000-$110,000 annually depending on years of experience **** up to a $10,000 sign on bonus**** Incentive: Student Debt Benefit Program and annual bonus plan The Regional Support Position is a clinical float position which affords the selected staff member to report directly to the local Regional Director, will be part of the regional center manager team and will have a defined number of centers. The RSPT position will include a separate salary scale specific to the position and additional job duties and responsibilities. Provides thorough education to patients and caregivers in a manner they can understand, and plans appropriately for discharge when medical necessity no longer indicates skilled therapeutic care. Participates in departmental initiatives and demonstrates effective communication with all rehab team members. Facilitates professional growth, development and overall improvement of departmental performance. Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline-specific therapy services, and design of program delivery. Qualifications Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy. Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start.
