CaregiverWe are seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. We understand that our employees are with us to keep our business running and moving forward.Autonomy —We encourage our team members’ independence and believe in our team to complete their job duties without micromanaging.Task Variety —We provide an engaging workday that uses your various skill sets.Job Type: Part Time Non-exemptHourly: $15 - $18Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingProvide companionship and emotional supportAssist with meal preparation and medication remindersAssist with household tasks necessary to the client’s health care needs Accompany clients to appointments and outingsMonitor and report changes in a client’s health or behaviorPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Positive attitude and compassion to treat clients with dignity and respect.High school diploma or educational equivalent.Must meet state requirements for care-giving services.Ability to read, write and speak English at an average adult levelMust have a valid and current state driver’s license and insurance.Must have safe and reliable transportation to go to and from the client’s location and/or facilities and have a vehicle available during assignments in order to assist clients with their needs if required.Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situationsMust be available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Ability to successfully pass a background check and other pre-employment screening including drug testing.Physical Demands include but are not limited to:Able to lift, move, and assist clients.
