Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are excited to partner with our client on their customer service project and are currently hiring multiple full-time Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Las Vegas, Nevada .

Must be available to work 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes
• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, returns, and exchanges
• Process, update, and track customer orders
• Resolve customer concerns and issues professionally and efficiently
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customer questions and concerns
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure a positive experience
• Provide information about products, services, and promotions
• Maintain accurate customer and order information
• Document customer interactions and updates as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is an asset
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computer and phone systems
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Adaptable and willing to learn new policies, procedures, and systems
• Must be available to work 7 days a week
• Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada , in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment
