Client Support Specialist

About the Job The Women's Center, a non-profit mental health, education, and resources center in Vienna, VA, is hiring a part-time Client Support Specialist. The position schedule is 20-25 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. Duties:
- Welcome and Check-in clients upon arrival.
- Operate multiple phone lines.
- Schedule client appointments.
- Answer client account questions.
- Verify client insurance benefits.
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances.
- Post-client charges and payments.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
- Understand, interpret, and explain account ledgers.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Possess outstanding customer service skills.
- Two years of medical reception experience.
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
