A leading publicly traded energy infrastructure company is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to partner directly with the CEO and Board of Directors during a pivotal period of transformation, growth, and value creation.

\n

\n

This is a highly visible executive leadership opportunity for a proven CFO with deep experience in the energy sector , public capital markets, complex financing structures, and organizational transformation. The company is seeking a hands-on finance leader who has successfully led large-scale finance organizations, strengthened stakeholder confidence, optimized liquidity, and delivered measurable business improvement in dynamic and capital-intensive environments.

The successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board while leading all aspects of finance, treasury, investor relations, accounting, tax, FP&A, reporting, and capital markets activities.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n

\n
• Partner with the CEO and Board on corporate strategy, capital allocation, and shareholder value creation initiatives.
\n
• Lead all finance, treasury, capital markets, investor relations, accounting, tax, FP&A, and financial reporting functions.
\n
• Develop and execute financing, refinancing, and liquidity management strategies.
\n
• Optimize capital structure and balance sheet performance.
\n
• Build credibility and strong relationships with investors, lenders, analysts, rating agencies, and other key stakeholders.
\n
• Evaluate and execute acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
\n
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and enterprise performance management processes.
\n
• Lead organizational transformation initiatives designed to improve efficiency, scalability, and financial performance.
\n
• Build, mentor, and develop a world-class finance organization.
\n

Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:

\n
• Previous experience serving as a Chief Financial Officer of a public company or large capital-intensive enterprise.
\n
• Significant experience within the Energy Sector .
\n
• Public company experience, including:
\n
• Board presentations and interactions
\n
• Investor relations
\n
• Earnings calls
\n
• Debt and equity financing activities
\n
• Capital markets transactions
\n
• Demonstrated success leading turnaround, restructuring, transformation, or business rebuilding initiatives.
\n
• Extensive experience managing complex balance sheets, debt structures, liquidity programs, and financing activities.
\n
• Proven success leading organizations through periods of strategic and operational change.
\n
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence Boards, investors, lenders, analysts, and executive leadership teams.
\n
• Track record of successfully streamlining organizations and driving operational efficiencies.

Candidates must either:

• Currently reside within the New York metropolitan area; or

• Be willing and able to relocate to the New York City area.

The ideal candidate is a proven Energy CFO who has successfully operated in complex public-company environments and led organizations through transformation, refinancing, growth initiatives, and periods of significant change.

This executive will bring a combination of deep capital markets expertise, operational leadership, business transformation experience, and a demonstrated ability to create shareholder value. They will have established credibility with Boards, investors, lenders, analysts, and executive leadership teams while consistently delivering financial and operational results.
