USI Insurance Services seeks an Employee Benefits Analyst IV to independently analyze information and create financial deliverables for large self-funded clients. The role focuses on analytics, modeling, and strategic recommendations to support renewal decisions. You'll interact with carriers, prepare executive summaries, and collaborate with the team to drive client outcomes.
