Human Resources-Employee Relations Specialist

Job Description

Are you passionate about supporting employees, coaching leaders, and driving positive workplace outcomes? We're looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, compliance, leave administration, workplace investigations, training, and HR best practices.

What You'll Do

Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and corrective action matters.
Manage and advise on FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and leave-related issues.
Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Analyze employee relations trends and create actionable recommendations.
Develop and deliver HR training programs.
Prepare HR reports and support unemployment claims administration.
Build strong partnerships with leaders and employees across the organization.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2-4 years of HR experience.
Strong employee relations, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices.
Multi-state HR experience preferred.
