Retail Marketing Analyst

Role Description This is a full-time role for a Retail Marketing Analyst at Willard Retail. The Marketing Analyst will oversee day-to-day marketing activities, prepare marketing collateral, coordinate marketing campaigns, oversee social media posts, property‑specific email blasts and announcements, and update databases to ensure accuracy/consistency across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include creating marketing materials, coordinating campaigns, collaborating with team members, and some database entry. There could be opportunity for career growth within a rapidly growing real estate firm. Qualifications Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Project Management skills to efficiently oversee and execute marketing projects and campaigns. Proven organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
