Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in inpatient or outpatient environments and create personalized treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Collaborate seamlessly with nurses, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Provide education to patients and their families surrounding therapeutic objectives, discharge protocols, and home exercises
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress per facility and regulatory standards

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
