Position: Sr Project Manager/ TPM (Retail Planing System)

Location: Broadway, NY (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 months to hire

Job Description:

• Own and maintain integrated project plans across multiple workstreams (business, IT, data, integrations, testing, change management).
• Track milestones, critical path items, dependencies, and delivery dates.
• Facilitate weekly planning sessions with workstream leads.
• Update executive dashboards and program status reports.
• Cross-Functional Coordination

Top Requirements (Must have):

• Experience supporting Retail IT Planning Systems Leadership and teams
• 10+ years in senior project management role
• Managed multiple concurrent workstreams
• Participated in large scale program delivery
• Partnered with other PMs within a program and coordinated dependencies between them
• Produces/owns well thought through high-level timeless and underlying detailed project plans
• Hands on management of action items, issues, and risks
• Drives the team effectively
• Excellent communication skills; Adjusts messaging depending on level of audience (comfortable in front of senior execs)
• Agile and Waterfall delivery
• Comfortable with ambiguity

• Escalate blockers affecting timeline, budget, or scope.
• Ensure action items have owners and due dates.
• Drive accountability across teams.

• Review forecast model implementation progress.
• Track data readiness.
• Coordinate UAT activities.
• Align replenishment process changes.
• Inventory Optimization Initiatives
• Manage inventory planning workstreams.
• Coordinate testing across stores, distribution centers, and planning teams.
• Oversee rollout planning and cutover activities.
• Planning Platform Implementations
