Hybrid Tuesday-Thursday - NYC office
Duties/Day to Day Overview Program & Project Leadership
Own integrated project plans across multiple MDM workstreams.
Coordinate activities across business, data, and technology teams.
Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Facilitate steering committee and status meetings.
Data Governance & Business Alignment
Partner with business stakeholders to define:
Data ownership
Data stewardship responsibilities
Data quality standards
Governance processes
Drive decisions around "source of truth" systems for critical data domains.
Lead projects involving
Customer Master Data
Product Master Data
Vendor/Supplier Master Data
Location/Store Master Data
Employee/HR Master Data
Typical activities
Requirements gathering workshops
Data governance meetings
Business process reviews
Data quality remediation planning
Cross-Functional Coordination
Integration Management
Coordinate integrations between:
o ERP
o MDM Platform
o CRM
o OMS
o WMS
o BI/Reporting Systems
Top Requirements
(Must haves)
Managed an enterprise MDM implementation (Informatica, Reltio, Profisee, Semarchy, SAP MDG, etc.).
Led large-scale data governance initiatives.
Coordinated multiple PMs and workstreams within a broader data transformation program.
Managed CRM, ERP, data warehouse, and MDM integrations.
Driven data migration and data quality programs.
Presented regularly to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Thrived in ambiguous environments where data ownership and governance models were still being defined.
10+ years in senior project management role
Managed multiple concurrent workstreams
Participated in large scale program delivery
Partnered with other PMs within a program and coordinated dependencies between them
Produces/owns well thought through high-level timeless and underlying detailed project plans
Hands on management of action items, issues, and risks
Drives the team effectively
Excellent communication skills; Adjusts messaging depending on level of audience (comfortable in front of senior execs)
Agile and Waterfall delivery
Comfortable with ambiguity
