Job Overview The Business Office Assistant position in Athletics is an administrative role responsible for supporting the Athletic Department through routine office duties such as preparing documents, reports, and databases, and maintaining files. The assistant will also work closely with student-athletes. Responsibilities Prepare and manage departmental documents, reports, and databases. Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping. Process correspondence related to the Athletic Department. Assist student-athletes with administrative needs. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility. Work Hours Will vary.
