What we're looking for: Someone responsible for print shop tasks, as well as providing support to marketing staff, including organizing and contributing to the development of marketing campaigns. Someone with experience managing multiple projects and excellent communication skills and who demonstrates an ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and independently.

What you'll do:

• Complete marketing automation daily, weekly, bi-monthly and monthly duties.
• Manage the print shop, including the following:
• Maintain and run production press machinery and other printing press related items (cutter, creaser, sorter).
• Work with paper supplier to ensure adequate supplies for all projects.
• Maintain and audit inventory of promotional and marketing collateral as well as supply room.
• Work with vendors as needed for service of machinery.
• Fulfill marketing and promotional requests for branches as requested.
• Design, proof and print business cards.
• Provide occasional photography assistance.
• Provide general administrative assistance for marketing department, including but not limited to, receiving guests, answering telephones, answering front door (for Claremore Corporate) and assistance with mail.

What you must have:

• High school diploma or GED

What might set you apart:

• Previous graphic design experience
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Previous print shop experience

There is frequent use of the telephone, computer and other office equipment associated with this position.
