Overview
Interventional Radiology Technologist in Utica, NY, starting 08/17/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Earn a weekly pay range of $3,217 to $3,445 with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift is four 10-hour days. This assignment takes place in a high-volume interventional radiology environment with on-call requirements.

Responsibilities
- Perform interventional radiology imaging and procedures, adhering to sterile technique and radiation safety standards.
- Operate imaging equipment (including EPIC and PACS workflows) and assist physicians during angiography, embolization, catheter placements, and other IR procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in the electronic medical record and ensure timely image delivery to PACS.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (radiology technologists and nursing staff) to monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures.
- Float as needed to OR/ENDO procedures and assist with C-arm usage to support intraoperative imaging.
- Ensure patient comfort, monitor for adverse reactions, and follow established protocols for contrast administration and post-procedure care.

Requirements
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
- New York State Radiologic Technologist license required
- ARRT certification required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of interventional radiology or related imaging experience; 2 years preferred
- Proficient with EPIC and PACS; experience with Siemens Artis-Q systems and PURE Software preferred
- Ability to work four 10-hour days, Monday through Friday, with on-call shifts; able to respond to call during evenings and weekends
- Willingness to float to C-arm–based intraoperative procedures and support OR/ENDO environments
- Adult patient population (18+) experience required
