We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to join our team as Clothing Sales Associates at our Hamilton store. Key Responsibilities Deliver a positive customer experience through friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service. Assist customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms with sizing, styling, and product selection. Build and apply product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations on apparel and accessories. Help customers locate merchandise, sizes, and styles quickly and efficiently. Answer questions and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Ensure accurate communication of pricing, promotions, and product information. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Support merchandising, restocking, and display maintenance efforts. Stay informed on current fashion trends, seasonal products, and brand knowledge. Work collaboratively with team members to support store goals and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required Comfortable engaging with customers and initiating conversations. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to provide accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. Committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs. Helpful Previous retail or customer service experience. Interest in fashion, apparel, or active/outdoor lifestyles. The schedule for this position includes day and evening shifts Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, with open availability required on Saturdays. Shifts are available in 4-, 6-, and 8-hour blocks. This can be a full-time or part-time role, with hours ranging from 18 to 40 per week. Weekend, holiday, and evening availability is required.
