Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Pacific Executive Search has been engaged on a search for a Financial Analyst position in West LA that offers you the chance to work directly with C‑suite executives on exciting real estate transactions. Responsibilities Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support investment decisions in the real estate sector. Assist in the evaluation and execution of transactions, including acquisitions and refinancing activities. Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations. Collaborate with various teams, potentially rotating between acquisition and refinancing groups. Engage with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in private equity real estate, either as an investment analyst or in loan analysis. Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is highly desirable, particularly candidates transitioning from audit to transaction services. Consideration will be given to first‑year investment banking generalists with a strong interest in real estate. Preference for graduates from the University of California system. Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Strong skills in PowerPoint and the ability to create impactful presentations. Experience with deal processes, including acquisitions, refinancing, and loan closings. Self‑motivated, intellectually curious, and possessing a humble attitude. Potential for leadership and ability to engage effectively with clients.
