Senior Accountant

Numbers tell a story—and we're looking for someone who can help us write the next chapter. Best Portable Toilets is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Accountant who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, improving processes, and making a real impact on the business. This isn't a role where you'll simply maintain the books. You'll partner closely with our Accounting Manager and leadership team to manage day-to-day accounting operations, support financial reporting, improve processes, and help build a finance function that can grow with the company. What You'll Be Doing Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain the general ledger Assist with month-end and year-end close Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Reconcile bank accounts and support cash management Coordinate payroll with our PEO Prepare financial reports and support leadership decision-making Help improve processes and build scalable financial systems as we continue to grow What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where their ideas are valued Why Best Portable Toilets?
