Nursing Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise and support field nurses (RNs, LPNs) and direct care staff, i.e Home Health Aides. Conduct home visits for supervisory oversight, case management, and quality assurance. Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. Oversee client admissions, assessments, and development of individualized care plans. Provide clinical guidance, problem‑solving support, and intervention as needed. Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff and care team members. Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and family communication. Monitor care delivery for safety, quality, and satisfaction. Participate in audits, incident reporting, and improvement initiatives. Qualifications Active RN license in North Carolina. Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health or community‑based care. Prior supervisory or case management experience preferred. Knowledge of homecare regulations and documentation standards (e.g., Medicaid, CMS, EVV systems). Strong leadership, time management, and critical thinking skills. Ability to travel locally and conduct field supervision as needed. CPR certification required.
