Plastics Finishing & Fabrication Operator

- Detail-obsessed maker who takes pride in clean, accurate work
- Fast, efficient, and comfortable collaborating with a production team
- Open to flexible hours and willing to work overtime when required
- Run injection molding presses and keep output on target
- Trim and deburr parts to remove flash and sharpen edges
- Paint raw product to meet customer specs and finish standards
- Perform in-process checks to ensure quality specifications are met
- Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment
- Hands-on machine operator experience
- Proficiency with air tools and hand tools
- Solid math abilities (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Capability to lift 50 lbs and remain standing for long periods
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Works well independently and within a team
- Follows detailed instructions accurately
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- Previous plastics manufacturing exposure
- Flexible scheduling
- Overtime opportunities based on production demand
