Experience

• 12 months of role experience required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred (from any number of months).

Requirements Candidates must have an Indiana license or compact license (required after submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations. Local & travel allowed. Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility will be processed as local. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. 1 month between Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Franciscan Alliance. 12 months between Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Franciscan Alliance. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Upload certifications or health documents to expedite onboarding. Required Skills/Experience Labor and postpartum babies/nursery experience. Certifications NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition) STABLE (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab work and Emotional Support) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Basic Life Support, Electronic Fetal Monitoring, Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition Unit/Facility Details Number of Beds: 15 Patient Ratios: 1 to 3 couplets; 1 to 1 labor; 1 to 2 antepartum Equipment Used on Unit: Obix Shift & Scheduling Weekends and holidays Weekend Shift Hours: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; Every other weekend Floating Requirements As needed to assist; not as RN only 5 days maximum time off References 2 references from any number of months (any reference type) – required for submission Driver’s License Driver’s license required #J-18808-Ljbffr Trusted Health
