Role Summary
Hiring an experienced Class A CDL Over-the-Road Driver to haul materials between Sazerac facilities and designated destinations. This role requires strong safety discipline, clean driving history, and active HazMat + Tanker endorsements. Drivers must deliver with consistency, accuracy, and exceptional professionalism.
Core DutiesOperate tractor-trailer safely and efficiently under DOT and FMCSA regulations.
Transport materials between company locations and approved destinations.
Maintain accurate driver logs, trip documentation, and vehicle inspection records.
Follow all federal, state, and company safety rules, including hazardous materials handling.
Report safety concerns, incidents, and equipment issues promptly.
Uphold high customer service standards when interacting with internal teams or partners.
Support continuous improvement by following SOPs and identifying process efficiencies.
Maintain a professional, reliable presence that aligns with company values.
Valid Class A CDL
Clean MVR and ability to pass required DOT drug/alcohol testing
2+ years commercial driving experience
Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations
Ability to work nights, weekends, or non-traditional hours as needed
Reliable, self-directed, and able to maintain strong communication across teams
High school diploma or GED
You should be proficient in:
