How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Lead and hold accountable a team of maintenance technicians to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Assist and monitor workers in the maintenance, repair, dismantling, assembling, installing machinery and equipment, and programmable logic controllers. Assign, prioritize, and oversee work orders and PM’s, ensuring work is completed correctly, on time, and fully verified before closure. Enforce safety standards, company policies, and cleanliness expectations across all work areas. Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules. Coordinate maintenance activities with operations to meet production needs and schedules. Enforce compliance of all safety rules and regulations, taking prompt corrective action concerning potential safety hazards. Provide clear communication, including status updates, follow‑up, and defined action plans. You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have Values that align with the Saputo culture. Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school and/or a minimum of four or more years of related experience and/or training. Familiarity with Ammonia Refrigeration Systems, PLC’s, process instrumentation, and process drawings preferred. Strong strategic thinking skills with broad‑based business acumen and proven ability to identify opportunities and lead change initiatives. Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and hold employees accountable. Strong organizational, communication, and follow‑through skills. Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
