What You'll Need to Succeed as a Bartender: A positive attitude, one team mentality, player focus, ability to thrive in a popular environment, and previous experience behind the bar.

What You'll Do in the Role: Greet players with energy and personality, create a welcoming bar experience, upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades. Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection, while keeping the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll. Collaborate with other playmates to deliver top-notch service, ensuring every player feels like a VIP. Stick to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant. Physical Requirements: Lift and move things up to 50 lb., be comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying things. Be on your feet for most of the day, love walking throughout your shift. Engage in a variety of physical activities, and have endurance to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment.
