Position : Customer Service Rep
Shift : Weekend Day shift / Fri - Sun / 6am to 6pm
Pay: $21.50 $2.00 shift premium for working weekend day shift.
Additional Incentives: Attendance Bonus

In addition to the general job description below the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:

• Dispatching scheduling and handling warehouse inbounds and outbounds
• 3 years Minimum experience in Microsoft applications Excel Outlook and Word.
• Experience in any WMS system allocating orders waving orders or Problem solving in system
• Strong comminication via email and over the phone.

Role Purpose :

Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product service and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.

Key Accountabilities :

• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customers complaint determine the cause of the problem select and explain the best solution to solve the problems expedite correction or adjustment follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-12 months of system data entry or reporting experience
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience preferred
