Job Description
The Warehouse Associate picks, packs, and loads products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, staging products for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized staging area, with opportunities for growth within the warehouse.
Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using an RF scanner.
• Load and stage products for shipment in the designated staging area.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the staging area and surrounding work areas.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure all products are properly labeled before shipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines at all times.
• Work efficiently and consistently in a non-climate-controlled environment that may be hot or cold depending on the season.
• Support shipping and receiving activities as needed, including basic order picking and packaging tasks.

Essential Skills

• Hands-on experience with picking and packing orders in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to use an RF scanner to accurately pick and track orders.
• Practical knowledge of warehouse packing and packaging processes.
• Experience with loading products and staging orders for shipment.
• Understanding of basic shipping and receiving procedures.
• Ability to operate or work around pallet jacks for moving products.
• Strong attention to detail to verify order accuracy and labeling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active role.
• Capability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse that may be hot or cold depending on the season.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with electric pallet jacks (EPJ) is a plus.
• Previous order picking experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
• Familiarity with staging areas and workflow in shipping and receiving operations.
• Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean work environment in a busy warehouse.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
