Job Title: Floor Assembly Operator
Location: Rockford, TN
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Overtime available on Fridays as needed
Overview
Our client in Imaging is hiring a Floor Assembly Operator to join their production team. This role is a great fit for someone with a steady work history, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle small components with precision.
What You Will Do
- Perform semi complex assembly work within a specialized production area
- Assist with resolving routine manufacturing issues
- Identify and troubleshoot basic problems during daily operations
- Use soldering, testing, and rework skills
- Insert small crystal pieces into ceramic components by hand
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Stable work history
- Assembly experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to sit and remain in one workstation for the full shift
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
