Job Summary: S eeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our Knoxville team. This role is responsible for assembling material components, ensuring product quality, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble doors, frames, windows, and related building material components according to specifications
• Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and assembly instructions
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials within the warehouse
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is a plus
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Work Environment

• Warehouse/manufacturing setting
• Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Assembly or manufacturing experience a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
