Volt is immediately hiring Assembler in Knoxville, TN 37932

As an Assembler, you will:

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components using detailed work instructions, blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Review production orders and manufacturing instructions to ensure accurate execution of customer requirements.
• Verify material availability and accuracy before beginning assembly operations.
• Process manufacturing work orders and maintain accurate production records within enterprise systems.
• Perform product configuration, loading, functional testing, continuity testing, and quality inspections.
• Complete internal wiring, cable routing, wire termination, and light mechanical assembly activities.
• Execute picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stocking, labeling, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits.

This is a Full-time/ Contract, opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in electronic, electromechanical, or industrial product assembly/manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Experience with wiring, cable termination, continuity testing, and product configuration.
• Knowledge of inventory, receiving, stocking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.

Pay Range: $21.00 to $24.88 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
