Store Support Lead—Customer Experience & Ops

Five Below

Five Below is seeking a customer-focused leader to help run daily store operations and deliver exceptional shopper experiences. You will supervise associates, assist with stock, and serve as Manager on Duty when required, ensuring secure and smooth opening/closing procedures. The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and a hands-on approach to merchandising, sales generation, and cost control.
