Posizione Scopo della posizione Per la sede di Capergnanica siamo alla ricerca di un/una Customer Service Specialist che assista il Global Key Account Manager nel garantire l’efficiente supporto commerciale‑amministrativo ed organizzativo relativo alla gestione degli ordini, delle spedizioni e delle relazioni con i Clienti nazionali ed internazionali, gestendo eventuali reclami e/o contenziosi. Collocazione Gerarchica Risponderà al Global Key Account Manager Descrizione della Mansione La risorsa svolgerà le seguenti attività: Assicurare il completo presidio dell’iter dell’ordine svolgendo le seguenti attività: Verificare la correttezza dell’ordine in termini di articolo, quantità, prezzo, termini di pagamento e di consegna; in caso contrario intervenire coinvolgendo le Funzioni specifiche e, se necessario, relazionandosi con il Cliente Inserire l’ordine nel sistema Presidiare lo stato di avanzamento degli ordini affinché siano rispettati i tempi di consegna definiti; Seguire le spedizioni e gestire eventuali ritardi, informando in tempi brevi i Clienti Monitorare i pagamenti anticipati Supportare operativamente il Global Key Account Manager nella presa in carico di un progetto dallo sviluppo alla prima consegna Formazione Diploma o Laurea in ambito linguistico/economico Lingua inglese e francese fluenti Esperienze È necessaria una pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di almeno due anni in aziende manifatturiere preferibilmente del settore cosmetico Conoscenze e competenze Conoscenza del processo di vendita Conoscenze amministrative Conoscenze in ambito logistico‑distributivo Conoscenza dei sistemi gestionali: Lotus Notes, Sales Force, IBM e AS400 #J-18808-Ljbffr
