Senior Payroll Analyst: Benefits & Compliance

RTX is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to join our Payroll Governance Team. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit-related payroll activities and oversee payroll actions across RTX business units including Raytheon, Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Corporate. You will apply federal regulations and internal requirements, resolve escalated cases, and partner with internal teams and vendor support to maintain audit-ready payroll processing in a high-volume environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr RTX
