If you decide not to use it - Ryder will pay you the remaining balance at your hourly pay rate. * 12 weeks of PAID Maternity Leave * Immediate 401k rollover and contributions with company match at one year * Uniform & Boot Allowance * Reimburse cost and provide training for endorsements * Cell Phone allowance * Quality Employee Discounts * Discount include Cars, Hotels Worldwide, Electronics/Appliances, Cell Phones, Travel and more * Ryder will buy your truck if you're looking to switch from Owner Operator to a Company Employee Driver Home Time, Route & Schedule: * Home Daily * PM start time; schedule 6pm-6am * 4 days one week and 3 the following week * Route: Gaylord Yard Facility * No touch freightEquipment: * Trucks are 36 months or newer * 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide Qualifications * Must have a valid CDL A License * Minimum 21 years of age * Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle * 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR * 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR * 5 years' experience within the last 10 years * Tanker Endorsement within 30-60 days of hire * Backing experience required * Must pass a yard driver examination * Pass a Ryder Drug Test * Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years * Pass a DOT physical * Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures * Must live within 30 miles of Gaylord, MN Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
