Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 2 years current Physical Therapy experience
• Outpatient experience
• Physical Therapy skills checklist
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past year of employment
• Active American Heart Association BLS
• License verification
• All licenses/certs must be current and in hand at time of submission

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 3x10hr days, 30 hours per week
• Shift Days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
• Weekend requirement: Every Saturday
• Setting includes hospital-based outpatient care with inpatient acute and swing coverage
