Bartender

Winchester Gardens Social Club is seeking an experienced Bartender/Server to join our team!

Winchester Gardens is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in Maplewood, NJ. We are seeking a part-time Bartender/Server to join our team. At Springpoint, the Bartender is responsible for providing assistance in all bartending/catering functions as directed to accommodate the Club members/guests Club hours or during events. These functions include preparation and assembly of drinks, food items, servicing of food, storage, and cleanup of food items.

Responsibilities:

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that are palatable in appearance on a timely basis.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as instructed and in accordance with established portion control procedures.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Follow all health, safety, sanitary, standard precaution and infection control policies and procedures at all times.
• Ensure safe handling, distribution, and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Participate in ongoing training related to this topic.

Education and Experience:

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent required
• The State of New Jersey requires that all bartenders must be at least 18
• Valid NJ TIPS Certification
