At Amada Senior Care Westfield Morristown, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA/HHA) to provide exceptional care to our clients in the Cranford, NJ area. As a driving CHHA/HHA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying a fulfilling career.

Job Summary:

We are looking for driving CHHAs/HHAs who have their own vehicle to work with clients in the Cranford, NJ area, Monday through Friday, 7 days a week. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients, while also maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, as outlined in their care plans

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client care and services

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices

• Utilize our Caregiver Portal to track schedules, document care, and update client information

• Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless care transitions and support

Requirements:

• Must be a CHHA/HHA (Certified Home Health Aide) in New Jersey (License Must Be Current)

• Ability to pass a Background check

• Have current TB Clearance or the ability to pass the Two-Stage TB Test
