The Role The Fiber Build Forecasting Analyst owns unit-level forecasting for fiber construction programs, translating market plans, engineering inputs, construction activity, and financial targets into accurate build projections. This role partners with Network Planning, Engineering, and Construction to support capital planning, execution tracking, and leadership decision-making.
