Cardiology Physician

*Position Summary* The PA will work collaboratively with the supervising physician to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions. Responsibilities include both office-based patient care and hospital rounding, offering continuity of care from the clinic to the hospital. *Responsibilities* * Collaborate with the supervising cardiologist to provide high-quality patient care. * Evaluate and manage patients in the outpatient cardiology office. * Perform hospital rounds, including follow-up evaluations and discharge planning. * Obtain patient histories, perform physical examinations, and develop treatment plans. * Educate patients and families regarding cardiovascular conditions, medications, and lifestyle modifications. * Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record. * Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, specialists, and ancillary services. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support practice growth. *Qualifications* * Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. * Current Pennsylvania PA license (or eligible for licensure). * NCCPA certification * DEA license (or ability to obtain). * Current BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain). * Previous cardiology or internal medicine experience is preferred but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply. *What We Offer* * Competitive salary based on experience. * Comprehensive benefits package. * Paid time off and CME allowance. * Collaborative, physician-led team environment. * Opportunity for professional growth and mentorship. * A dynamic practice committed to providing exceptional cardiovascular care. The potential base pay range for this position is $110,000-$120,000 annually.
